6. Returns and Refunds

a. Return Policy

  • You have to check your parcel when you receive the parcel from the delivery man. If you think you didn’t receive the parcel then you can return it. If you want to return it after receiving the parcel when the delivery man is away from you, then you have to inform us about your return within 1 day. Also ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You have to pay the delivery charge if you return the parcel.
  • Custom-made or discounted items are non-returnable.

b. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you think you will change the parcel with your next choice dress then you will pay a delivery charge for the exchange parcel.
  • If you pay full payment advance then we will refund your money as soon as possible.
